Eliza’s Lookout is the top level apartment within the Mounts Bay Village complex. Guests have full use of all the resort facilities: restaurant with room service, swimming pools, tennis & gymnasium.

Access via a new lift with door entry phone from the apartment makes deliveries to the door nice and easy.

The Perth Conference & Exhibition Centre and CBD are a 5 min walk away, Mounts Bay Hospital is next door and Kings Park just behind.

This large apartment enjoys great separation; living space complete with desk to work, smart TV, Wifi, full kitchen and a balcony towards the front and all overlooking the city and the river.

Both bedrooms and bathrooms are to the rear separated by a door, with a 2nd peaceful balcony overlooking Mount Eliza where all you can hear are the birds.

The apartment is air conditioned by one central reverse cycle system, each bedroom has a fan, large full length mirror wardrobes. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with a dishwasher and stocked with milk, tea, coffee and breakfast cereals.

There is a smart TV with access to all the local channels as well as Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime ABC iView, with unlimited wifi if you can take your eyes off our view.

We also have our own complete laundry with washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

We are already 100% all over our cleaning, however we wish to reassure our guests that in addition to our strict cleaning policy, we are also embracing Airbnb’s 5 step cleaning process:

For each and every guest, all bedlinen and towels are fresh, including clean pillow protectors and the mattress protector.

Whilst this is a self catering apartment, we understand that it’s expensive and time consuming to have to bring your own. In order that you can relax the moment you arrive we provide you with a generous amount of everything you need for a few days completely free of charge.
Included are coffee, tea, sugar, breakfast cereals, milk, shampoo, body wash, washing powder, dishwashing etc etc.

Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. If you’d like to arrive early or sleep in a little, let us know and we will do what we can. An additional fee may apply.

A one off cleaning fee is included in your booking which ensures that you will arrive to a spotlessly clean place with fresh towels, bed linen and a few provisions. So that we can maintain our high standard even during longer stays, we insist that our cleaner comes once a fortnight if your stay is 3 weeks or more. Usual cleaning fee of $120 will apply.

Finally, a note about PARTIES:

This is not the place to book if you intend to have a party or invite others who are not included in the booking. Having your family and friends over for a sundowner is perfectly acceptable, but late nights, loud noise and excessive drinking is not allowed.

CLEAR THE AIR

Please go outside the building to smoke, or it will cost you $300.

You’ll have full private use of the apartment and all its facilities, plus

  • Full access to the Mounts Bay Village swimming pools, tennis courts and gym.
  • Access to one designated parking space in the secure underground car park with direct lift access to the apartment (note height restriction for high vehicles).

There is some noise to be expected from the city centre location.

Guest information is collected via a secure online check-in. We will always ask for a copy of your ID (drivers licence or passport) before you check-in and we may also ask for the security bond to be held by us.
Airbnb does not actually take the security bond themselves.
