‘Mounts Bay Getaway’ is a beautifully presented, private 2 bed apartment within the Mounts Bay Village resort and comes with full use of the resort facilities inc pool, tennis, gym and one free secure parking bay.

This large apartment enjoys great separation with its living space complete with desk for work, towards the front, and both bedrooms down the hall towards the rear.

The living area stylishly and comfortably seats 4 around the brand new Smart TV, so watch TV while you prepare dinner in the fully equipped kitchen.

The dining area easily seats 4 inside, or dine alfresco on the balcony overlooking the park. There is a desk and free fast Wifi if you need to get some work done or sit and sip your evening sundowner on the balcony overlooking the park.

There is a separate 2nd loo as well as a large family bathroom with both a bath and a shower, plus your own washing machine and dryer to help make your life easy.

Both the large master bedroom and the 2nd twin room have their own TV’s and each has a large fitted, mirrored wardrobe. The twin room also boasts its own balcony overlooking the swimming pool and tennis courts, or be mesmerised watching the energetic run up and down Perth’s famous Jacob’s Ladder.

The apartment is air conditioned by two reverse cycle systems; one in the living area and another in the main bedroom.

We also have a high chair & cot available and if you make sure to mention them, I’ll get them ready for you.

This apartment is just a few minutes walk away from Perth Conference and Exhibition Centre, Elizabeth Quay bus, train & ferry transport hubs, the CBD and myriad of restaurants, pubs, theatres and night life.

Last but not least, we’re just nestled below the awesome King’s Park and Botanical Gardens, one of the world’s largest and definitely the best inner city park.

We are already 100% all over our cleaning, however we wish to reassure our guests that in addition to our strict cleaning policy, we are also embracing Airbnb’s 5 step cleaning process:

For each and every guest, all bedlinen and towels are fresh, including clean pillow protectors and the mattress protector.

Whilst this is a self catering apartment, we understand that it’s expensive and time consuming to have to bring your own. In order that you can relax the moment you arrive we provide you with a generous amount of everything you need for a few days completely free of charge.
Included are coffee, tea, sugar, breakfast cereals, milk, shampoo, body wash, washing powder, dishwashing etc etc.

Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. If you’d like to arrive early or sleep in a little, let us know and we will do what we can. An additional fee may apply.

A one off cleaning fee is included in your booking which ensures that you will arrive to a spotlessly clean place with fresh towels, bed linen and a few provisions. So that we can maintain our high standard even during longer stays, we insist that our cleaner comes once a fortnight if your stay is 3 weeks or more. Usual cleaning fee of $120 will apply.

Finally, a note about PARTIES:

This is not the place to book if you intend to have a party or invite others who are not included in the booking. Having your family and friends over for a sundowner is perfectly acceptable, but late nights, loud noise and excessive drinking is not allowed.


Please go outside the building to smoke, or it will cost you $300. No smoking on balconies.

CCTV cameras are on the premises.

Guest access
This is a privately owned, self catering apartment within the Mounts Bay Village. We are not part of the hotel but the gym, pool and tennis courts are ours to make use of. You will need to provide your own tennis equipment.

You will have the apartment to yourself. I may drop by from time to time to check guests identities and/or drop things off.

There will be some amenities and consumables for you and these are free to use – any further re-stock will be your own responsibility.


While family & social occasions are perfectly acceptable, please always let us know if you plan to have guests.

We are committed to Responsible Hosting which means that we want our guests to have a positive experience staying in our place. It also means that we do not tolerate behaviour which is detrimental to our property or our neighbours and is not in line with Airbnb policy.

Therefore we must stress our house rules are strictly:

  • NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS (without prior permission)

Any anti-social behaviour will be immediately reported to us by those on site and your booking will be cancelled with immediate effect.

There is CCTV in the entrance for your safety and our security.

There is some city noise to be expected from the city centre location.

The balcony is not the place for children to be unsupervised.

Guest information is collected via a secure online check-in. We will always ask for a copy of your ID (drivers licence or passport) before you check-in and we may also ask for the security bond to be held by us.

Airbnb does not actually take the security bond themselves.
